Transplant House has month-to-month, significantly discounted leases on 25 fully-furnished apartment units, just a short drive/ride from all hospitals that perform transplants in the Seattle area. We charge no additional taxes or deposits and many patients qualify for insurance or Medicaid reimbursement. 

What’s Included

You have enough to think about. Housing and moving tons of stuff should not be another burden. We try to make it as easy as possible to live as comfortably as possible. Most people are perfectly happy bringing a suitcase and a laptop.

All apartments are maintained & cleaned regularly (including each time a patient moves in or out) in accordance with stringent healthcare protocols for reducing risk of infection.


Convenient location

Situated in the center of the city, Transplant House is located close to all area hospitals that provide transplants.  That includes the University of Washington Medical Center, Swedish Hospital, Seattle Children's Hospital, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Virginia Mason and the Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA). Free shuttle to UW Medical Center's half a block north. (UW Medical Center shuttle connects to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA)  & Seattle Children's Hospital with free shuttles as well).
