You and seven of your friends will join Northwest Kidney Centers’ Nutrition and Fitness Manager, Katy Wilkens, for a personalized, farm-to-table dinner experience at the T. Evans & Ann P. Wyckoff Demonstration Kitchen. The demonstration kitchen is located on the top floor of Northwest Kidney Centers’ 700 Broadway building on Seattle’s Capitol Hill.
Katy will lend her considerable kitchen talents in developing a special menu of locally sourced, organically-grown ingredients, which you and your guests will learn how to prepare and enjoy.
Fine Washington wines will be expertly paired with the menu to complete your dining experience.
