Meetings are held at the University of Washington Medical Center. Heart-Beats: Support for Heart Transplant Patients An online support and resource group for heart transplant patients, and their families, caregivers, and friends. Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) Support Group Flyer (.pdf 24K) A support group for people with fibrotic lung diseases. This group has been meeting for over 15 years and provides a wealth of information in a friendly, supportive environment. United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) A nonprofit, scientific and educational organization that administers the nation's only Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network.
