Transplant House is a Seattle-based non-profit helping people and families in need of safe, convenient and affordable housing for pre and post-transplant recovery.

Apartment Homes

We have 15 housing units. All are a short ride to the University Of Washington Medical Center (UWMC). All Transplant House units are fully furnished One and two bedrooms apartments. They are fully outfitted with all the comforts of home such as telephone, cable TV, and high speed Internet. In addition, the units are stocked with linens, towels, pots, pans, and consumables like soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Transplant patients pay $1800 per month for a one bedroom or $2,300 for a two bedroom. There are no additional costs or taxes.
